How Our Guarantee Works:

You and your Pinnacle representative will establish your specific guarantee together. 

Once the number of guaranteed conquest units is identified and agreed upon, we will perform the two email deployments. We will run performance reports at the end of each deployment cycle (30 days) to measure the performance metrics as well as the number of new and used cars sold and service RO’s.

When we get each report we will give you a list of all the vehicles you sold that also match the email marketing list. You will cross off anyone that you believe shouldn’t be on that list and that will be the number of vehicles that count towards your guarantee. If after both deployments we have not met the MINIMUM number of vehicles that we contracted to have sold, we will cut you a check back for exactly what you paid us for each unit we are short.

You will NEVER pay us more no matter how many cars and trucks you sell. But we WILL pay you back if we ever come up short. It’s a NO RISK, NO LOSE scenario for you and your dealership.  

YOU WILL BE THE SOLE JUDGE OF WHETHER OR NOT THE PROGRAM WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR GENERATING THE CONQUEST UNITS LISTED IN THE RESULTS.

EXAMPLE: If the guarantee is for 35 conquest units sold and the program only generates 31 sold, we will immediately issue you a check for the 4-car shortfall. (we currently use $350 per car as the acquisition cost which means you would receive a check for $1,400.
